CURRENT SHIPPING TIME
Due to the large amount of stock, and limited personal, all orders have an estimated shipping time ranging from 2–4 weeks, not including weekends or holidays. This estimated timeframe includes fulfillment, packing, and shipping of all website orders and is subject to change at any given time without notice.

ORDER TRACKING - LOST/STOLEN ORDERS

Once an order has been fulfilled, packed, and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing the shipping information, a tracking number, and estimated delivery date from both Cynful Books and the shipping company. Delivery date may change due to numerous outside influences. Once shipped, damaged, lost, or stolen packages are no longer Cynful Books responsibility and must be addressed via the shipping company.

Incorrect and/or mistyped shipping information and/or contact information relies solely on the customer. Cynful Books is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Due to the current climate surrounding international orders, some locations are currently unavailable for online purchasing.
Shipping fees and estimated shipping time for international orders may vary due to the current stipulations. Cynful Books is not responsible for any additional shipping fees, taxes, fines etc. regarding both domestic and international orders.

Any and all digital purchases are instant downloads. Any dissatisfaction or issues regarding digital products must be addressed within 48 hours of delivery.
